The work on the brain-friendly office at Mood, and the insights gained from measuring its impact on the people working there, have given us the confidence to scale these ideas in Marievik through the Brain Capital District initiative. It is about recognising the value of people's collective cognitive, creative and social capacity, and understanding how factors such as lighting, acoustics, movement, culture and opportunities for meaningful interaction can help unlock that potential over time.
